About Rapides Parish Court Docket

Rapides Parish court dockets and records are kept by several independent custodians. The Clerk of Court maintains Ninth Judicial District Court files, the 9th JDC publishes division calendars, and city and mayor's courts retain their own local matters. This private reference resource helps identify the right official route before a request is made.

Why We Built This Site

Louisiana provides public access to many court records, but Rapides Parish has more than one route. RAPID E-Search is the Clerk's paid county access service for covered indexes and images. Ninth Judicial District Court calendars supply schedule-level information. Alexandria and Pineville City Courts, along with mayor's or magistrate courts in places such as Ball, Woodworth, and Glenmora, are separate custodians. We organize those official paths, access limits, and Clerk procedures so a reader can begin with the court that actually holds the record.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to any Louisiana court, Clerk of Court, or state agency. There are clear limits to what it can do:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages include a search box provided by a third party. That provider sets its own service terms and prices. A referral fee may be received after a paid signup. The provider controls its service and results; its tool is not the Rapides Clerk's RAPID E-Search system or an official court database.
